Administrative/financial support staff

(m/f) in part time (20h/week)


You can expect the following tasks:

  • Managing documents and bookkeeping documents
  • Supporting payment transactions, in particular documenting cash flows
  • Recording and pre-accounting of incoming invoices under guidance
  • Preparing/sending outgoing invoices
  • General support and holiday replacement for the existing accounting team


Your profile:

  • Vocational training in the commercial field and experience in administrative activities
  • High level of organizational talent and you enjoy structure and order
  • You are a team player and have good communication skills
  • You are ideally fluent in German and English
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, ideally experience with DATEV
