1983
Establishment of Peter Kritzer Kunststoffverpackungen with a focus on plastic bags for collecting used textiles
1990
Establishment of ROUNDLINER GmbH and first entry into the industrial packaging segment
1997
Expansion of market cultivation/tapping into international markets
1998
Expansion and opening of a first production plant in the Czech Republic
2002
Entry into blow molding extrusion and market launch of the forminliners product segment
2009
Thomas Max joins ROUNDLINER as co-shareholder
2012
Incorporation of Peter Kritzer Kunststoffverpackungen into ROUNDLINER GmbH
2014
Opening of 2nd production plant in Cheb (Czech Republic)
