Area Sales Manager (m/f/x)

North/east Germany, Scandinavia

 

Your tasks:

  • Developing existing customers and acquiring new customers within the target area
  • Increasing revenue and monitoring margin development within the customer portfolio
  • Supporting new and existing sales partners with acquiring customers and winning orders
  • Conducting sales negotiations and annual performance reviews
  • Planning and structuring all activities necessary for achieving the agreed sales targets
  • Preparing offers and calculations based on agreed guidelines
  • Observing competitive activities and analyzing market changes
  • Representing our company at trade fairs

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the packaging industry (industrial packaging)
  • Many years of experience in the project business
  • You are passionate about challenging tasks in sales and enjoy active customer support and acquiring new customers
  • You have a professional and secure approach with negotiating skills, initiative, and personal responsibility
  • You are highly oriented toward performing services and are enthusiastic about dealing with people
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with a goal-oriented way of working
  • Expertise in using the common MS Office applications
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You demonstrate a willingness to travel
