Successful Location in Bosnia

Since the establishment of the location in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Roundliner BH D.O.O.) in 2019, the facility has grown to become an important part of the Roundliner Group. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roundliner GmbH, the plant started as a greenfield project and was already operational by 2020. Since then, the site has steadily developed, and with the successful completion of the third expansion phase, the growth is far from over.

Location Details and Growth
The site covers an area of 12,500 m², with more than 4,000 m² already developed. Today, the production facility employs around 200 people in a multi-shift operation, ensuring the high productivity and quality that our customers worldwide appreciate. Continuous knowledge transfer by experienced employees from Roundliner GmbH enables smooth production operations and promotes the continuous development of our products.

Specialization in Round Bottom Bags
The site in Bosnia is particularly specialized in the production of round bottom bags and box hoods. These are a core products in Roundliner’s portfolio, standing for top quality and functionality. Through close collaboration with the German headquarter in Forst and the existing plants in the Czech Republic, which complement production and serve as a backup, we can ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.

Certifications and Quality Standards
Our site in Prijedor meets the highest standards in terms of quality and environmental management. This is confirmed by successful certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000. The ISO 9001 was successfully re-certified, underscoring our commitment to top product quality. New additions include certifications in ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety), which further solidify our responsibility for sustainability and product safety.
